So who are the people who run Jones Family Funeral Directors?

Jayne Jones is our qualified Funeral Director and has over 25 years experience of working within the industry. Jayne holds the Foundation Certificate and Diploma in Funeral Service, which she funded herself due to having an interest in the subject and a passion to be the best in the field. Natalie, the Daughter of Jayne is our Funeral Arranger/Admin, and has experience of working with families in previous compassionate roles. Natalie has only worked in the Funeral Industry for 3 years, but has taken to it like a duck to water. Jayne thought that Natalie may struggle working in a Funeral Home due to the way that she reacted to it growing up, but it seems that Natalie is exactly like her Mum and enjoys every aspect of the work.
