Our Services
With You Every Step of The Way
If you have experienced the unfortunate loss of a loved one and are not comfortable with meeting in person, we offer a variety of options for completing all the necessary arrangements, from online planning to phone-calls and emails, whatever is easiest and more comfortable for you.

Arrangements
To make the neccessary arrangements for the funeral, you can either come into our branch or if you would prefer, we can come to your home so you can feel more comfortable and at ease.

Burial
The purchase of a burial space gives the purchaser certain rights and privileges, for example, graves can be dug deep enough to allow for up to 3 burials, which allows members of the same family to be buried in the same plot.

Cremation
Choosing between a traditional burial or a cremation is a personal decision, but the majority of people are now choosing cremation because it offers just as many, if not more options to honour and celebrate their loved one’s life. We can discuss these at arrangement stage.

Aftercare Services
We will keep in touch with the families up to 1 month after the funeral, to make sure that everything went smoothly, and also offer information and advice if needed to help you move forward.

Grief Support
Losing an important person in our lives can feel overwhelming and devastating, but there are many different services that can provide support to people in need. You can find some of these in our “Useful Links” section above.
